I joined right when my first son was born in 2007. I felt very welcomed to the group. Being a part of NRECHPTA made me feel like I found a place where other moms where experiencing some of the same things I was going through and I know I could count on someone. Its a great group to meet other moms and children knowing you have formed a long lasting friendship.

I'm a transplant to Ohio and at the time I joined, I had very few friends, none of which had children.  I was a lonely stay at home mom who was looking for support and activities for me and my daughter!  I was first told about PTA by someone I met in the library. I nervously came to my first meeting and jumped right in!  I've now been a member of NRECHPTA for over 5 years and have a ton of friends and a wonderful support system!  There's something for everyone!
